The K-S SEZ is the fastest developing Polish Special Economic Zone regarding both the financial and the territorial aspect.
The institution gives tax exemptions and relieves, guaranteed by the Polish government. The tax exemptions in the Kostrzyn-Slubice Special Economic Zone are the biggest financial relief available in Poland. The investor receives full support from the Polish government and the local authorities, who are the main shareholders of the Zone.
Thanks to all that, the investments are carried out in conditions that are convenient for the investor and the effective management of the Zone makes it easier to run a business activity in Poland.

Small enterprises (up to 50 employees) deciding to conduct a business activity in the Kostrzyn-Słubice Special Economic Zone can use CIT income tax exemption to the amount of 55 % of their initial investment costs or 55% of 2 year employment costs.

Medium sized enterprises (up to 250 employees) deciding to conduct a business activity in the Kostrzyn-Słubice Special Economic Zone can use CIT income tax exemption to the amount of 45% of their investment cost or 45% of 2 year employment costs.

Large enterprises deciding to conduct a business activity in the Kostrzyn-Słubice Special Economic Zone can use CIT income tax exemption to the amount of 35% of their investment cost or 35% of 2 year employment cost.

The above tax exemption is offered to investors on the condition that the new workplaces created by the investor are maintained for at least 5 years.

What is more, everyone interested in investing in K-SSEZ is supported by promotion activities, in Poland and abroad.

Provisions of investment in K-S SEZ area:

• obtaining a permit to conduct a business activity from the K-S SEZ.
• defrayal of a minimum 100,000 € investment expenses.

Nowogard Commune, as a partner of Kostrzyn-Słubice Special Economic Zone, has investment areas, located at national road nr 6, adjoining Nowogard ring-road.
These areas are assigned for production and warehouse purposes and storage.
The investment area comprises plots of land: nr 411/27, 411/29 Miętno premises and 40/5, 40/6 Wojcieszyn premises.
Area is even, sloping towards east. Difference in entire area max 6 m.
In the southern part of the area there is production company “Autoneum” – a producer of car mats (a Swiss company). The Producer employs about 80 workers.
